He then went on to undertake an 18-month Fellowship in Otology and Neurotology at the prestigious Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, Canada in 2010. Here he gained experience in diseases of the lateral skull base, including chronic middle ear disease, hearing loss and balance disorders under the supervision of two world renowned Otologists. It was during his fellowship when he was recruited by the University of Sherbrooke in Quebec, a renowned centre for innovative medical education.

He was the tertiary otologist for the region of southeast Quebec in Canada, practicing in both English and French, for 12 years and has single-handedly managed complex diseases of the ear and balance, gaining regional, provincial and national repute. He has also been involved on a regional and national level for both undergraduate and postgraduate medical education in Canada where he is only the second ENT surgeon ever to have received a national award for his contributions.

Taking up his post at the Royal Berkshire Hospital in January 2024, he brings great passion and experience, in particular for his subspecialty interest of diseases of the ear, hearing loss and balance
