Mr Yang completed his surgical training in Oxford and Wessex, as well as the Duke of Cornwell Specialist Spinal Unit and Southampton Children’s Hospital.
His academic achievements underpins his proficiency, having graduated from Imperial College London with first-class honours, 5 distinctions, 3 academic prizes and was ranked in the top 5 in UK national selections.
Mr Yang’s ground breaking research in incontinence and urinary tract infections, in particular on the new sub-lingual (under-the-tongue) UTI vaccine and male incontinence devices, has garnered international acclaim, earning him multiple prestigious awards at world wide conferences.
As the Lead Editor for two academic textbooks on Urinary Tract Infections and Male Incontinence published by Springer-Nature, Mr Yang continues to pioneer in his field, solidifying his standing as a one of the global leaders in urological research and practice.

Mr Bob Yang is a Urology Consultant at Royal Berkshire Hospital. He specialises in Complex and Recurrent Urinary Tract Infections, Male and Female Incontinence, Sacral Neuromodulation and Functional Urology.
Alongside his clinical role, he serves as an Associate Lecturer at Oxford University and holds the esteemed position of Director for the American Urological Association Male Incontinence course.
He is currently undertaking a PhD (DPhil) in Bioengineering at the University of Oxford.
