Blood Test FAQs
- Who carries out my blood test?
One of our qualified phlebotomist will collect your blood test samples, which will then be analysed by our pathology laboratory partner.
- How long will it be before I get my results?
Your blood results will vary dependent on the test you choose, however they are typically available within 1-3 days.
- How will I get my results?
A full report will be sent to you via your email. Or you can wait to discuss your results with our GP.
- Can I speak to anyone about my results?
Yes, you can book in to see our private GP to discuss your results without the long-waiting times.
- What if my results are abnormal?
If there are any significant abnormalities in your results, one of our medical secretaries will reach out to you immediately to ensure you book in to see either our GP or yours.
- Do I need to fast for my blood test?
Fasting is not required for most of our blood tests. However, if your test includes heart health or a testosterone blood test, you will need to fast for 12 hours beforehand. This means avoiding food and drink (except water for that duration).
