Our diagnostic capabilities are extensive, featuring urinary flow assessments, post-micturition bladder volume scans, urine analysis, urine microscopy and culture, and blood tests, including PSA, U&Es, FBC, LFTs, Ca2+, B-HCG, LDH, alphaFP, and CA125. We also offer specialised tests such as urine cytology, NMP 22, 24-hour urine collections for stone formers, and ultrasound scanning by a consultant uro-radiologist. For precise diagnoses, we conduct flexible cystoscopy, endoscopic stent removal, targeted TRUS and prostatic biopsies following multiparametric MRI scanning, and urodynamic bladder studies.

Our therapeutic services are designed to provide effective treatment options tailored to each patient’s needs. These include trial without catheter (TWOC), intermittent self-catheterisation (ISC), and management of other catheter-related problems. We offer intravesical bladder instillations, including BCG, Mitomycin, iAluril, and Cystistat, as well as intravesical Botox injections for detrusor overactivity. Additionally, our facility is equipped for local anaesthetic procedures such as vasectomies. We also feature the Emsella Chair, a non-invasive solution for pelvic floor rehabilitation.
